ACCOUNTING CLERK – ONE YEAR CONTRACT

Major Duties and Responsibilities

* Accounts Payable:
-Review invoices for accuracy, code and record in A/P module,
-Process all payments,
-Maintain the filing system.

* Accounts Receivable:
-Issue invoices,
-Record deposits,
-Collect outstanding membership fees and other receivables,
-Maintain the filing system
