Coordinator - Customer Loyalty - Contract
The Customer Loyalty Program Coordinator supports the Manager, with maintenance and growth of the Reward Zone program (Best Buy´s customer loyalty program). Your responsibility will include serving as a liaison between multiple departments, working closely with Best Buy´s customer touch points' (call center, merchants, retail stores and marketing) to develop processes related to the loyalty program and supporting a broad range of marketing and operational activities.
