Electrical Engineer

Trail Operations is seeking an Electrical Engineer.
This challenging role will see you drawing upon your strong interpersonal and communication skills and your technical background to drive improvements with electrical and instrumentation equipment in the plants. This will be accomplished by applying root cause failure analysis, reliability centered maintenance techniques, and advanced condition monitoring tools to develop asset management plans for plant equipment.
Experience in working with a unionized workforce and engineering contractors, along with good project management and commissioning skills will help you in implementing electrical equipment improvement projects that enhance the safety, environmental performance and production capacity of plants.
To succeed in this valuable position, a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required, along with five years of experience that includes exposure to plant process equipment in a large-scale industrial setting.
