The Canadian Home Builders' Association Saskatchewan, Inc. requires a highly organized professional for the position of Industry Development Coordinator reporting to the Human Resource Advisor and the Executive Vice President for its Saskatoon office.

The Industry Development Coordinator would be responsible for the promotion of careers in the residential construction industry across Saskatchewan, creating partnerships with community partners and employers and developing strategies for evercoming barriers to working in the residential construction industry.

The successfull candidate will have knowledge of the residential construction industry, function at a high level of competency in MS Office Windows XP, have ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment and be a self starter. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruiting or Human Resource Management.
