We are seeking a Treasury Representative who will provide support to the Treasury Department.  As a member of the Treasury Group, you will get exposure to various aspects of a Corporate Treasury.  Main responsibilities will include:

• Handling financial trading confirmations and settlements
• Conducting financial trading reconciliation and treasury accounting
• Assisting with the wire payment processes and Letter of Credit issuance & management
• Other Treasury related projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• High School diploma with post secondary education in accounting is preferred
• Minimum 3 years' relevant corporate business experience
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word and Excel
• A problem-solving orientation to identify key issues and recommend appropriate solutions in a proactive manner
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and team skills

• Excellent communication skills, tact and good judgment in resolving problems and answering inquiries from our financial institutions

• Self- motivated, independent thinker with the ability to work under tight deadlines
