Position Overview
* Deliver outstanding service to every customer.
* Install all varieties of Home Theatre components and accessories.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints in a positive manner that builds business & customer loyalty while adhering to Company policies & procedures.
* Suggest additional products and services to enhance the customer's Home Theatre experience.
Job Requirements
* 1+ years of installation experience
* CEDIA Certification (Preferred)
* Travel Required with a valid drivers license and excellent driving record
* Strong Communication skills
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Team Player
* High School Diploma
