ARC Business Solutions is seeking individuals with experience as a Business Analyst for upcoming opportunities with Edmonton clients. We offer a competitive salary, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits package. These positions can be filled by fulltime ARC employees or contractors and are based in Edmonton.

The successful candidates possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:
MANDATORY
1. Working in data processing environment (Minimum 7 years)
2. Working as a Business Analyst (Minimum 3 years)

DESIRABLE
1. Experience documenting business rules, processes and data models
2. Experience developing business cases or business case summaries
3. Experience developing Use Cases 4. Experience in Business Process Reengineering 5. Experience facilitating workshops or JAD sessions 6. Experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP) or UML 7. Experience with projects spanning multiple technical environments 8. Experience working on an Enterprise applications 9. Experience working within an Enterprise Architecture environment 10. Experience with secure exchange of electronic documents between stakeholders 11. Experience working in an Oracle development environment 12. Experience working in a Crystal report development environment 13. Experience implementing web-based solutions 14. Experience in Medical Insurance business sector

Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science) and/or vendor technical certifications are desirable criteria for our selection.
