As an in-store A+ Technical Service Lead, you will use your advanced technical knowledge and customer service experience to provide quality technical customer service to Future Shop's computer hardware and software customers and to oversee all aspects of the Technical department. Your proven leadership, diplomacy and skill in dealing with a wide range of customer questions/issues will enable you to ensure customer satisfaction and to achieve established productivity standards through development of your team. Your superior technical expertise will allow you to accurately determine customer needs, diagnose technical problems, and determine resolutions quickly utilizing sound technical knowledge of software and hardware solutions.

The successful candidate will possess 1-2 years of supervisory experience coupled with strong technical and analytical skills, positive leadership abilities and superior troubleshooting skills. A+ certification and hands-on experience with multiple operating systems and utility software are essential. 3-4 years experience in technical support, service or related field is preferred although skilled candidates with applicable knowledge will also be considered.
