The Mentoring Partnership, Partnership Manager  The Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC) is a multi-stakeholder collaboration comprised of employers, labour, occupational regulatory bodies, post-secondary institutions, assessment service providers, community organizations, and government.  It is currently run as a project of Maytree. TRIEC is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Partnership Manager for the Mentoring Partnership Program www.thementoringpartnership.com.  The Partnership Manager will be responsible for managing the marketing and outreach strategy of the Mentoring Partnership, focusing on the development and maintenance of corporate partnerships.  
Responsibilities 
·        Is responsible for corporate and mentor recruitment, acting as primary contact for corporate partners
·        Develops and implements strategic outreach plan to targeted industries and potential partners
·        Ensures quality of program delivery with corporate partners and collaborates with the Mentoring Partnership management team on ongoing quality assurance measures
·        Tracks corporate partnership activity and monitors success
·        Manages communications and branding issues, including the program website, providing strategic direction, public relations positioning and message management
·        Identify potential champions and opportunities for champions to promote mentoring
·        Build relations with media and identify media partners
·        Program budget management and proposal development for funding / sponsorship opportunities 
Qualifications
·        Post secondary education in related field with 3 – 5 years work experience in marketing, relationship management in a leadership capacity
·        Understanding of and experience with engaging the corporate sector in community-based programs
·        Strong skills in managing stakeholder relations including facilitating partnerships, providing strategic direction and solving problems
·        Experience working effectively as a leader in a team environment to achieve organizational goals
·        Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, time-management, negotiation and interpersonal skills
·        Good understanding of labour market access issues for skilled immigrants
·        French language skills an asset
