Job Description:
The Marketing Representative is a mature and very personable individual responsible for distribution, marketing and selling of 3on3 Hockey while on shift.
The Office Support is for administrative duties including registrations, responding to customer inquiries, as well as general customer service for 3on3 hockey.
This intern position is a great way for enthusiastic job seekers to enter the sports industry.
Summary of essential job functions
• Represent 3on3 Hockey by Adam Bennett in a professional, service-oriented manner
• Distribute marketing materials to our target market
• Engage and sell potential customers on the benefits of 3on3 Hockey by Adam Bennett
• Answer on-site customer inquiries and/or forward to appropriate resources
• Promote 3on3 website and online registration
• Work with 3on3 Directors to complete marketing tasks
• Respond to registration inquiries or problems
• Document mail-in registrations to be collected
• Forward league-specific inquiries to Regional Manager
• Enter manual 3on3 registrations online
• Coordinate and assist arena crew
Minimum requirements
Hockey knowledge, post-secondary enrollment
Keen interest in sports industry
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Salary Range: Internship with potential for full-time employment
