Position: Intern
Job Description:
- Assist with daily tasks including, but not limited to, sales prospecting, database management, event planning, customer research, and general office duties
- Proactively research and develop opportunities for new business with existing clients
- Assist with planning and execution of special and promotional events associated with the Honda Indy Toronto (for example, assisting with show car appearances and Indy Street Legal 2-seater events)
- Assist with on-site operations and logistical services leading up to and during the week of the Honda Indy Toronto (for example, working with event specific vendors and suppliers, Exhibition Place, INDYCAR, support series, etc.)
- Provide assistance, answer questions, resolve problems, and act as a troubleshooter while speaking with clients leading up to and during the week of the Honda Indy Toronto
- Communicate directly with ticket agency for any ticket related initiatives
