Salary: $23.25 to $30.25 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Aircraft Mechanic Trade Certification, 4th Period Apprentice, AME «S» Licence - Structures
Experience: 5 years or more
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Main Responsibility: Technician
Structural Repair Experience: Aircraft structures - general, Aircraft sheet metal structures, Aircraft composite structures
Type of Aircraft Experience - Airplanes: Small piston airplanes, Small turboprops
Work Setting / Industry Experience: General aviation
Aircraft Mechanic Skills: Visually inspect / assess and assist repairs to aircraft structures, systems and equipment, Remove/install and functionally test aircraft components, Dismantle aircraft systems for repair and overhaul, and reassemble, Assemble and rig aircraft control systems, Diagnostically troubleshoot aircraft defects and carry out corrective action, Complete records of work done and sustain an accurate record system
Aircraft Inspector Skills: Certify that aircraft systems meet Transport Canada and company standards, Inspect work of aircraft mechanics to ensure adherence to standards, Maintain repair, inspection and certification records and reports
Computer Systems: Data acquisition systems, Data analysis systems, Data transmission systems
Additional Skills: Interpret blueprints/specifications/standards and written technical instructions, Work in confined spaces and at heights
Security and Safety: Airport security clearance
Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Safety equipment/gear, Steel-toed safety boots
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Handling heavy loads, Standing for extended periods
Work Site Environment: Noisy
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence, Own transportation, Own vehicle

Other Information:Keystone is currently looking for an AME-S with structures experience on small and medium sized aircraft. Work is at CYAV and CYWG airport locations in Winnipeg.
